Ramil graduated from Makami College with a 3000-hour Massage Therapy Diploma in 2016. Like all of our massage team members, he is a professionally trained and registered massage therapist so we can direct bill his services to insurance benefits.

He treats women and men of all ages and is highly adept in therapeutic and deep-tissue massage for pain relief and relaxation. His goal is to help patients achieve health and wellness through quality massage care. He also has over 10 years experience as a personal trainer.

Ramil offers expertise in treating various conditions, including neck and back pain, sciatica, whiplash, sports injuries, repetitive strain injuries and more. He uses a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities such as deep tissue, swedish, active release and myofascial release to relieve pain and support rehabilitation.

He joined the Quarry Park Chiropractic & Wellness team in 2023 and has happily served the QPC patients and team regularly until January 31, 2024. He is thrilled to be continuing to serve these patients and many newcomers from within the same clinic location as part of the new Riverbend Physiotherapy team as of February 2024.

When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, son and pets, exploring the outdoors, and arts and crafts.

With past experience as a nurse, Stephanie is passionate about helping others. She achieved her certification at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy & Hydrotherapy in Victoria, BC.

Her therapeutic touch incorporates Swedish Massage, Deep tissue, Myofascial Release Techniques with different types of pressure and she also provides a gentle and relaxing treatment if preferred. She is also certified in static and dynamic cupping. As a lifelong learner with an innate curiosity about the mind-body connection, learning about the nervous system and its direct correlation to our pain perception was very insightful for her. As a result, she aims to calm the nervous system in every treatment to facilitate the balance needed for healing the body.

She joined the Quarry Park Chiropractic & Wellness team in 2022 and has happily served the QPC patients and team regularly until January 31, 2024. She is thrilled to be continuing to serve these patients and many newcomers from within the same clinic location as part of the new Riverbend Physiotherapy team as of February 2024.

Following her passion, Tessa graduated from Mount Royal University with a 2200 hour Massage Therapy Diploma in 2015. Since then she has pursued various modalities such as Dynamic Cupping, Prenatal Massage (side-laying and face down techniques and specialty pillows available) and Advanced Orthopedic Massage.

She joined the Quarry Park Chiropractic & Wellness team in 2017 and has happily served the QPC patients and team regularly until January 31, 2024. She is thrilled to be continuing to serve these patients and many newcomers from within the same clinic location as part of the new Riverbend Physiotherapy team as of February 2024.

Throughout the years, Tessa has enjoyed seeing her clients grow in their recovery journeys and helping them to attain relief from pain in their every day routines.

Her passion is to help patients achieve their health and wellness goals through massage treatments and encouraging a healthy lifestyle. She incorporates a variety of therapeutic techniques such as Relaxation Massage, Deep Tissue, Static and Dynamic Cupping, Myofascial Release Techniques, and stretching to create a personalized and unique treatment for every patient. She is also able to perform other modalities such as Lymphatic Drainage Massage, and Prenatal Massage (side-laying and face down techniques with specialty pillows available).

Zoya embarked on her journey in healthcare after completing her Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy in Delhi, India. During her under-graduation, she served as a Physiotherapist Internee at St. Stephen’s Hospital, gaining exposure in various departments, including Outpatient Physiotherapy, Neurology, Orthopaedics, Paediatrics, Cardio-thoracic surgery, General wards, and Obstetrics and Gynaecology. During this time, Zoya demonstrated her commitment to diverse patient populations and comprehensive healthcare. Building on her foundational experiences, Zoya continued her professional growth as a Physiotherapist in New Delhi. There, she not only restored function for patients and prevented disabilities but also excelled in customizing Physiotherapy techniques to address individual needs. Zoya’s responsibilities included diagnostic and prognostic exams, treatment planning, patient education, and ensuring the correct usage of equipment and exercise routines. Driven by a strong eagerness to expand her knowledge, Zoya pursued her Masters, earning an MSc in Neuro-Rehabilitation from the University of Manitoba in 2016. As a Research Scholar, she played a crucial role in projects like developing a computerized assessment tool for hand-arm function after stroke and evaluating a Game-Based Tele Rehabilitation Platform for Stroke patients.

Throughout her master’s program, Zoya immersed herself in extensive research projects focusing on rehabilitation of Stroke, Vestibular, Brain injuries, Spinal cord injuries, and fall prevention programs for the elderly. The hands-on experience gained across these diverse client populations using cutting-edge techniques solidified her commitment to practicing evidence-based methods. Post-graduation, she continued her journey as a Physiotherapist in Winnipeg, specializing in treating outpatient orthopaedic and sports injuries, pre and post-natal cases, and neurological conditions. Zoya’s commitment to education was underscored by her role as a Lecturer at Hua Xia College, Winnipeg. During this period, she shared her knowledge and insights with aspiring healthcare professionals, contributing to the academic and professional development of her students.

In her current role as a Physiotherapist at Riverbend Physiotherapy and Neuro-Rehab Clinic, Zoya manages a diverse caseload, frequently coordinating with healthcare professionals and insurance companies. Over the years, she has acquired certifications in IMS/Dry Needling and Acupuncture Therapies, incorporating these techniques alongside Shockwave Therapy into her treatments. Zoya’s expertise extends to various conditions including Sports injuries, Arthritis, Pain management, MVAs, and pre and post-joint replacement cases are a few to list. Her particular interest in neurological conditions such as concussions, vestibular issues, stroke, traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries, and MS showcases the breadth of her expertise.

Fluent in English, Hindi, and Urdu, Zoya provides physiotherapy services with cultural sensitivity and understanding. Beyond her professional life, she finds joy in staying active through workouts, expressing her creativity in cooking and painting, and seeking adventure through hiking, biking, and traveling. Zoya’s impactful career as a Physiotherapist reflects her dedication to patient well-being, continuous learning, and holistic healthcare practices.
